What We Offer…

Child Care Consultations
We assist families via the phone and/or in person on how to utilize the new Early Learning Database to find child care.
The results of the search will either be emailed or mailed directly to the parent.
We follow-up with the family and inquire whether or not they were successful in finding child care.
We provide personal consultation for families looking for child care who are unsuccessful in finding care utilizing the Early Learning Database or who do not have internet access.

Provider Assistance

We refer licensed and registered day care providers wanting to update their profile to the new Early Learning Database.
We also assist the providers on how to navigate the Early Learning Database when they need to update their profile.
If the database is inaccessible, we will input the necessary information in the database for them.

I-Billing

We assist both families and providers with basic I-billing questions
We will refer more detailed questions to the DHS Reconciliation Unit at 1-866-990-3227
Case specific questions will be referred to your local DHS office.

Child Care Food Program

This program helps with food costs and assures a balance and attractive diet for children in a child care setting.

Resources

We offer a fantastic resource library filled with books, periodicals and videos.

Consultation with Employers

Explore the option of employer-assisted child care. To the employer with vision and awareness of these needs, this can serve to strengthen the company by decreasing absenteeism, increasing productivity and decreasing employee turnover.
