Complete the
summary/post test for each video viewed by June
20th.
Participate in
the 1 hour training chat on June 27th at 7pm.
Attendance for this portion of the training will be monitored and recorded.
Individual trainees must actively participate in the entire chat (1 hour) to
receive credit for training.
Training
evaluation along with all required steps or portions of the training must be
completed and submitted before certificate of completion will be issued.
There is a $10.00 fee for this training due by
